The park offers a nice variety of areas paved with stone and lawns fringed by rosebushes, lavenders and jasmine.

Small cypresses, oleanders, apple trees and figs juice up the garden and flowerbeds enrich the equipped areas. 

Next to the swimming pool, in the park, there's a large grove. Staying outdoor is beautiful thanks to arcades: the first one offers direct access to the living room/kitchen, which is connected to a wonderful terrace, perfect to enjoy delicious breakfasts; the second one, provided with armchairs and sofas, is perfect for relaxing, reading and conversing; the third one is 15 metres far and it's an equipped area offering gym equipment, table football and ping-pong tables. Next to the swimming pool there's a playground, also providing a slide and a seesaw. The property has got an alarm system and a private parking lot.
